Problem Profile Cohort
This cohort exists to do two things. First, to guide you through the development of a problem profile: a structured, in-depth analysis of a specific threat in your landscape. Second, to build the analytical skills and confidence to do this independently, so that when the cohort is over, the capability stays within you and your organisation.
A problem profile synthesises everything you know about a threat and, importantly, makes clear what you do not know. It examines a single problem from every relevant angle: who is involved, what they do, where and when it concentrates, why it persists, and how it works. The result is not a summary report. It is an operational, living document that identifies patterns, exposes drivers, and provides a clear foundation for targeted prevention.
